This fabulous oceanfront Condo boasts spectacular vistas of the beach, ocean, and sunrise! The property is easily accessible via two elevators. Inside, you'll find a convenient in-unit washer/dryer to cater to all your family's needs during your stay. Additionally, enjoy exclusive access to a beachside gym, a sparkling pool, and a barbecue area.

You will have complete access to the entire Condo, including the beach and gym facilities. For your convenience, there is reserved parking available for one vehicle, along with additional roadside parking options.

Your stay will be hassle-free, as we provide ample supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, and toilet paper. We are committed to ensuring an exceptional family bonding experience, so if you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Important Note: Please be aware that there is some construction currently taking place at the building (Pat's at Punalu'u). Expect to see construction scaffolding and signs, as well as possible noise from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM (no construction occurs on weekends). To alleviate any potential impact on your experience, we have reduced all nightly rates by 20% through 2024. Should you wish to cancel due to construction concerns, a full refund will be provided if you cancel within 24 hours of booking.

Located at the historic Pat's at Punalu'u, 53-567 Kamehameha Highway, Hauula, HI 96717, this property remains a legal rental, exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (according to the Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).

As our valued guest, enjoy unrestricted access to the entire Condo, including your own private lanai, the beachside gym and pool, picnic areas, barbecue sites, lawn chairs, and the beach itself. Two secure elevators grant easy access to your accommodation. Free parking is available for one vehicle in a designated stall, with additional street parking options nearby.

The neighborhood features an unbeatable beachfront location! The beach is protected by an outer reef, making it ideal for snorkeling without worrying about larger waves. Nearby, you’ll find a variety of food trucks offering shrimp, Thai cuisine, burgers, Vietnamese pho, Hawaiian ice, as well as a convenience store with local offerings, all just half a block away. The renowned Polynesian Cultural Center, Hawaii’s top paid attraction, is less than 5 miles away, drawing millions annually with its world-class entertainment, shows, and luaus. Longs drugstore and two grocery stores are also conveniently located in the area.

If you enjoy body surfing, Laie Beach Park, only five minutes away, offers consistent larger waves year-round. For golf and dining, Turtle Bay Resort is just a short drive away, in addition to the world-famous North Shore surf beaches.

In winter, the North Shore becomes a haven for surfers, with awe-inspiring waves reaching heights of 30 to 40 feet. You can explore Waimea Bay and the stunning Waimea Falls Park, complete with sacred sites, a waterfall, and delightful hula performances, or venture a bit further to the charming town of Haleiwa, known for its art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants.

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate nearby horseback riding opportunities, while the beach and ocean are right outside your door!

You’ll have your own reserved parking space conveniently located near the elevators. Public transportation is made easy with a bus stop just steps away, which will take you around the island and directly to Hawaii's most famous beaches.

Please note: Enjoy unobstructed ocean views and gentle ocean breezes. Your reservation includes one designated parking space; additional public parking is available on the street. Unfortunately, no pets, smoking, or parties/events are permitted on the premises. The air conditioning unit is situated in the living room, which also contains a Murphy bed and sofa sleeper. There is a fan in the back bedroom, but please note that there is no AC unit in that actual bedroom.

This property is a fully legal vacation rental, compliant with regulations and exempt from Bill 89/Ordinance 19-18 (per Honolulu Department of Planning and Permitting).
